Delhi: Job Hai, India’s job platform focused on the everyday workforce, has launched a new on-ground activation titled “Ab Mere Paas Job Hai” in Janakpuri, Delhi, aimed at highlighting the emotional and practical challenges faced by millions of job seekers across the country.
The campaign seeks to make visible the often-unspoken frustrations associated with finding employment, while reinforcing Job Hai’s positioning around trust, accessibility and simplified hiring.
At the centre of the activation was a large, weighted backpack covered with stickers carrying messages commonly associated with job search struggles, including “No Callback,” “Fake Consultant,” “Referral Please,” and “Low Salary.”
Participants were invited to physically lift the backpack, offering a symbolic experience of the pressures many job seekers face while navigating the employment process.
Through the activation, Job Hai showcased features designed to reduce these barriers, including nearby job discovery, transparent salary information, direct HR contact access and a free resume builder—without intermediaries or additional charges.
The campaign generated engagement among young professionals and job seekers, opening conversations around trust, transparency and ease of access in the recruitment ecosystem.

Commenting on the initiative, Sumeet Singh, Group Chief Marketing Officer, Info Edge (India) Ltd., said, “With this activation, Job Hai is making an invisible struggle visible, right where people work. It’s a commitment to millions of workers across Bharat: finding a good job should never feel heavy.”

Roushan Bharti, Executive Vice President & Business Head, Job Hai, added, “Job seekers tell us the search itself has broken their trust — in platforms, in consultants, in the process. Job Hai was built to fix exactly this. Our message is simple: settle mat karo. The right job is closer than you think.”
The campaign reflects a broader shift among employment platforms toward building stronger emotional connections with users while addressing long-standing pain points in the hiring journey.
With “Ab Mere Paas Job Hai,” the platform aims to position itself not only as a job discovery tool but as a partner in helping India’s workforce navigate opportunities with greater confidence and transparency.
