Indore: Micro Mitti, Bharat’s first PropTech real estate co-investment company headquartered in Indore, has launched its new public awareness initiative, “AQI (Air Quality Index) Update”, in partnership with a national radio station. The campaign aims to increase awareness around urban air quality and promote sustainable living practices across emerging Tier II cities.
Launched under the hashtag #AQIupdatewithMicroMitti, the campaign introduces hourly Air Quality Index (AQI) updates through radio broadcasts in Indore, marking what the company describes as a first-of-its-kind initiative focused on environmental awareness through mass media engagement.
As part of the campaign, listeners receive 30–32 second AQI capsules aired eight times daily, designed to inform and sensitise citizens about air quality conditions and the importance of healthier urban ecosystems amid rapid urbanisation.
The campaign coincides with the launch of Micro Mitti Madhuvan, positioned as Central India’s largest AQI-based real estate development. The project has been developed in collaboration with Envision Landscape Architects, with a focus on improving surrounding air quality through plantation strategies involving specialised trees and plant species intended to purify, filter, buffer, and naturally shade the environment.
Micro Mitti, which has established a growing presence in Indore along with international offices in the United States and Dubai, positions itself as Bharat’s first real estate co-investment platform focused on educating consumers about real estate ownership, investment awareness, and long-term wealth creation.
Designed by renowned architect Sanjay Puri and verified by JLL and IC Legal Universal, Micro Mitti Madhuvan has been conceptualised as a sustainable, future-ready development with environmental wellbeing integrated into the urban living experience.

Commenting on the initiative, Manoj Dhanotiya, Founder & CEO, Micro Mitti, said, “Real estate in India has traditionally been measured by location, cost, and size. With Micro Mitti Madhuvan, we are rewriting the priorities, health comes before homes. We believe, life is bigger than location, aim is bigger than money, and health is the new wealth. Indore is showing India that the next generation of real estate must be designed for people, not just profit.”
Through Madhuvan, the company aims to position Indore as a model for health-centric urban development and encourage wider adoption of AQI-conscious housing, environmentally responsible infrastructure, and sustainable community planning.
Beyond residential projects, Micro Mitti continues to expand its focus toward future-ready infrastructure aligned with India’s evolving economic and technological ambitions. The company recently announced an AI-first IT Park initiative aimed at attracting Global Capability Centre (GCC) companies and technology-driven enterprises to Indore, further strengthening the city’s positioning as an emerging innovation and investment hub.
Through its integrated approach, Micro Mitti says it intends to combine sustainability, technology, wealth creation, and urban transformation to shape the future of urban India.
