Mumbai: Navin’s, a builder renowned for developing green buildings, has partnered with actor Dushara Vijayan for their latest campaign titled ‘Unga Veedu – Love ah, Arranged ah?’. Launched during the festive season, the campaign features the rising star of South Indian cinema, captivating audiences with its unique narrative.

In the ad, Dushara begins by evaluating a potential groom, only to pivot the story toward how Navin’s homes resemble a love-at-first-sight experience. She articulates that choosing a home is akin to finding the perfect partner—one that checks all the right boxes, blending modern comforts and lifestyle appeal for younger buyers with traditional values cherished by older generations.

Navin Kumar, Managing Director of Navin’s, elaborated on the campaign’s concept: “Partnering with Dushara aligns with our philosophy of creating homes that leave a lasting impression. The concept of ‘Unga Veedu – Love ah, Arranged ah?’ cleverly illustrates the blend of wit and realism in home buying. Just like in relationships, a home should evoke feelings while also meeting practical needs for families.”
