Neena Dasgupta has been named as the new CEO for Aidem Ventures after Pradeep Hejmadi stepped down. Being associated with Zirca Digital Solutions for over five years as its CEO and Director, Dasgupta looks after the day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the company’s long and short term plans. She was actively involved in the setup of ZIRCA.
Neena served as an Advisor for Aidem Ventures over eight years, she has also worked with BBC Worldwide as Head of Advertising Sales, India for over eight years. Her previous stints include Hughes Network Systems and ABNi.
Pradeep Hejmadi joined Aidem Ventures in August 2018 and worked for nearly two years. Prior to this, Hejmadi was the Business head for Zee TV. Hejmadi comes with the experience of working with TAM Media Research as their Sr VP S-Group and marketing, MTV Networks India as Director- Business and operations and Nickelodeon India and Turner as Director- Research.
