Mumbai: Nikita Saxena has been appointed as Head of Digital Marketing at JSW Steel. Saxena shared news of her new role in a recent LinkedIn post, marking a significant move in her career and a strategic appointment for the company.

Before joining JSW Steel, Saxena served as Senior Media Director at Mindshare India for over seven years, where she played a key role in leading digital strategy and media planning for several marquee clients. Her decade-long career spans a diverse range of roles across digital strategy, media planning and buying, and e-commerce.
Saxena’s professional journey includes impactful tenures at organizations such as Neo@Ogilvy, Interactive Avenues, Starcom Mediavest Group, and Impetus Infotech India. Known for her ability to align client marketing objectives with measurable media outcomes, Saxena brings deep strategic insight and operational excellence to her new role at JSW Steel.
