His expertise spans performance marketing, paid media, search marketing, analytics, marketing technology, conversion rate optimization and the development of scalable marketing frameworks.

In his new position, Misra will have end-to-end ownership of Niva Bupa’s website and mobile application, focusing on strengthening customer engagement, policy servicing capabilities and health and wellness experiences for policyholders.
