Nova Benefits, an employee wellness platform focused on corporate health insurance, announced the on-boarding Sagar Chouhan as VP of Sales and Romin Farooq, as Director of Sales with the view to expand the company’s sales and marketing focus.
A seasoned sales leader, Chouhan appointed as VP of Sales at Nova Benefits, comes with vast experience of over 13 years in Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, SaaS solutions and business development. At Nova Benefits, he will be leading the sales team to drive the company’s sales and marketing goals. Prior to joining Nova Benefits, he was the Head of Global Sales Development at CleverTap. At Revvlocity, Chouhan was the head of Sales and Business Development and was also in charge of global lead in sales development at charge bee.
Joining Nova Benefits in his new position as VP of Sales, Sagar Chouhan said, “I am thrilled to have joined Nova Benefits as the Vice President of Sales! With rich experience in leading Insurance broking companies to success, Romin Farooq also comes with expertise of running an Insurance Consultancy of his own. He served as CEO-Insurance Broking for Manappuram Finance and CEO-India Operations at Risk Management Services LLC. His experience in the Finance and Insurance broking sector, along with his own entrepreneurial streak makes him the right fit in the exciting space of insurtech. He has held several key positions in insurance broking companies in his career spanning over 20 years.
Commenting on his appointment as Director of Sales at Nova Benefits, Romin Farooq said, “I have chosen to work with Nova Benefits primarily due to the exciting opportunities technology is bringing to the insurance space and the value add Nova Benefits is bringing in for the corporate customer with the bouquet of services being offered.
