New Delhi: Nua, a direct-to-consumer women’s wellness brand today announced the launch of Uplift, a period nutrition drink mix, which replenishes vital vitamins and minerals in the body during periods. A symptom of premenstrual syndrome (PMS), period fatigue affects most women, causing irritation, mood swings, tiredness, bloating, and breast tenderness.
