Delhi: Supply Chain SaaS Startup O4S announced the latest addition to its senior leadership team. To further strengthen its technology and make a strategic move towards the larger business goals at O4S, the company has recently appointed Prashant Vaghela as Senior Vice President of Engineering.
Prashant is a seasoned engineering professional with over 17 years of rich work experience in the IT domain. His diverse background covers Life Sciences, Big Pharma, Manufacturing, BFSI, Charity, E-commerce, and Ed-tech sectors. Before O4S, Prashant was associated with Innovaccer, Deloitte, GSK, Accenture and several leading multi-nationals and enterprise SaaS companies and early-stage start-ups.
Prashant, an alumnus of SIMSREE, Mumbai, will be based in the O4S Gurugram office and handling engineering capabilities of the platforms with all its engineering products. His primary focus will be to scale the O4S engineering team and build an organizational pyramid capable enough to support as high as 10x growth in data and clientele.

O4S aims to hire 200 employees within the next three years. The company is expanding the team in different verticals such as Marketing, Sales, Product, Software Development, to name a few.
