OPPO India expands storytelling lens with ‘Zindagi Ka Frame Wide Karo’ campaign featuring KL Rahul
Share Share ShareShare

MUMBAI: OPPO India is gearing up for the launch of the OPPO F33 Series with its new brand campaign, ‘Zindagi Ka Frame Wide Karo.’ Featuring cricket icon KL Rahul and content creator Satish Ray, the campaign film is a celebration of weekend adventures, genuine friendships, and the kind of moments that can’t be scripted, all captured with effortless clarity through a front camera built for real life.

The campaign film will be rolled out across OPPO India’s digital platforms, social media channels, and video networks ahead of the F33 Series launch.

The film unfolds on a mountain trek, where a group of friends finally break free from the grind of deadlines and targets. What starts as a peaceful getaway takes an exciting turn when they stumble upon KL Rahul, who happens to be passing through on his own adventure. The unexpected encounter quickly turns into pure joy, impromptu selfies, inside jokes, and the kind of spontaneous, memory-making moments that only happen when you least expect them, all captured seamlessly on the OPPO F33.

As the story unfolds, the film brings alive how today’s generation captures life as it happens, without planning, without perfect conditions, and without worrying about the frame. Whether it’s fitting everyone into a group selfie, adjusting effortlessly to wider angles, or continuing to shoot even when the phone is dropped or splashed with water, the F33 keeps pace with the moment. The narrative subtly reinforces the F series’ legacy of durability, while introducing its evolution into a front‑camera champion designed for social, shared experiences.

Rahul said, “What I loved about this film is how real it feels. It’s not about posing or planning a perfect shot, these are the kind of moments we all live every day with friends. OPPO’s F33 Series just lets you be in the moment, without worrying about who’s in the frame or whether the phone can handle it. That’s exactly how people like me use their phones.”

Goldee Patnaik, Head of Communications, OPPO India, said, “The OPPO F series has earned its position as a durable champion, shaped by the realities of everyday hustle in India. With the F33 Series, we are extending this strength into how young Indians capture memories, enjoy moments, and express themselves. Selfies and group photos with friends and family sit at the centre of everyday social moments, from casual hangouts to travel and shared experiences. The F33 is designed to deliver a reliable, front‑camera experience that works intuitively, brings everyone into the frame, and performs consistently in real‑world conditions, while remaining accessible for a value‑driven audience.”

The film strikes a balance between humour and warmth, culminating at a scenic waterfall where the group comes together for one last selfie, this time framed wide enough to include everyone, perfectly echoing the campaign message. Through KL Rahul’s easy camaraderie with the group, the film reinforces the idea that life’s best moments don’t need direction, just the right phone to capture them.

Sushant Vashistha, Head of Digital Marketing, OPPO India, said, “The idea behind ‘Zindagi ka frame wide karo’ is a campaign built on the insight that young Indians experience life collectively, through friendships, fandom, and shared moments. Bringing KL Rahul on board was integral to that idea. He represents focus, reliability, and quiet confidence, qualities that resonate strongly with our audience. In the film, KL’s presence grounds the story in authenticity, turning a chance encounter into something memorable, and helping us tell a story that feels real, aspirational, and deeply relatable for the generation the F33 is designed for.”

Designed for the Way Young India Lives: The OPPO F33 Series the company explains marks the next chapter in one of OPPO’s most trusted lineups carrying forward the F Series’ hard-earned reputation for durability, while raising the bar with a renewed focus on front-camera performance. Built for a generation that lives life out loud and captures every moment as it unfolds, the F33 is more than a smartphone. It’s a confident selfie experience and a dependable everyday companion.”
