Mumbai: OTTplay Premium, an OTT aggregation and content discovery platform, has announced a strategic partnership with Discovery+, Warner Bros. Discovery’s digital streaming platform. As Discovery marks 30 years of inspiring curiosity and storytelling in India, this collaboration brings Discovery+’s premium originals and exclusive content to OTTplay subscribers, strengthening its position as a one-stop destination for entertainment.

Discovery+ is celebrated for its thrilling, thought-provoking, and educational storytelling across genres such as adventure, mythology, reality TV, and documentaries. With a mix of scripted and unscripted formats, the platform caters to diverse audiences through high-quality streaming experiences on mobile, smart TVs, and desktops.

By combining OTTplay’s AI-driven content discovery engine with Discovery+’s expansive library of originals, documentaries, and unscripted blockbusters, the partnership aims to deliver powerful synergies. Users will gain access not only to global and local premium content but also to personalized recommendations that enhance navigation in the crowded OTT ecosystem—ensuring deeper engagement and a seamless entertainment experience.

OTTplay subscribers can now enjoy Discovery+’s highly anticipated originals and documentaries, including Ek Tha Raja hosted by Akul Tripathi, Air India Flight 171 Crash: Declassified, and Fanatics. The line-up further includes flagship titles such as Legends of Shiva with Amish, I Survived Bear Grylls, Kumbh Mela, Star Vs Food Survival, and Reality Ranis of the Jungle. Additionally, the platform offers acclaimed BBC programming, a wide range of kids’ favourites, anime titles like Dragon Ball Z, and popular Indian shows such as Little Singham and Fukrey Boyz.

“Discovery+ is not just an OTT platform – it’s a destination for stories that inform, inspire, and entertain,” said Ruchir Jain, Head of Distribution at Warner Bros. Discovery. “As Discovery celebrates 30 years in India, we’re proud to bring our rich library of originals, global hits, and local favourites to audiences of all ages—from mythology and adventure to anime like Dragon Ball Z, India’s beloved Little Singham and Fukrey Boyz, and international favourites like We Bare Bears. Through our partnership with OTTplay, we’re making this incredible content even more accessible, inviting everyone to explore, discover, and be inspired.”

Avinash Mudaliar, Founder & CEO, OTTplay Premium, added, “At OTTplay, our mission has always been to simplify streaming and empower audiences with a smarter, more personalized way to discover content. Partnering with Discovery+ is a natural extension of that vision — bringing world-class originals and documentaries to our users in one seamless experience. With this collaboration, we are not just adding another platform, but unlocking a richer, more engaging entertainment journey across genres.”

With this association, OTTplay Premium continues to strengthen its curated content universe, enabling Indian audiences to enjoy an unmatched combination of global blockbusters, regional gems, and inspiring documentaries—all on a single platform.
