MUMBAI: Policybazaar has launched its latest digital campaign, ‘Baat To Sahi Hai’, aimed at raising awareness around financial planning and protection. The campaign is led by Yashish Dahiya, Founder, Policybazaar, who engages directly with individuals in everyday settings to highlight a reality that is widely acknowledged but rarely acted upon: most Indians know they need financial protection, but often delay taking action.

In the campaign, spread across a series of three short films, Yashish Dahiya brings this gap into sharp focus through distinct, everyday conversations. In one film, he highlights the rising cost of healthcare, pointing out how even a single hospitalisation can set individuals back by lakhs, making health insurance less of a choice and more of a necessity. In another, he shifts to retirement planning, explaining how small, disciplined investments can compound into a meaningful corpus over time, and why pension plans with a waiver of premium are critical for primary earners to safeguard continuity.

In the third, he underscores the importance of child savings plans, urging parents to plan ahead for their children’s education and ambitions. Together, these conversations simplify financial concepts that are often understood in theory but ignored in practice, nudging individuals towards action.

Samir Sethi, Head of Brand Marketing, Policybazaar, said, “With ‘Baat To Sahi Hai’, we are leaning into conversations that people relate to but often avoid acting upon. The idea was to break down complex financial concepts into simple, honest dialogues that can drive both awareness and action.”

The campaign has already seen strong traction across digital platforms, garnering more than 200 million views and over a million likes on Instagram.

‘Baat To Sahi Hai’ is part of Policybazaar’s broader effort to build awareness and drive consumer education in the financial services space. Over the years, the company has invested more than ₹3,000 crore in driving awareness around insurance products, with a sustained focus on improving consumer understanding of protection plans and long-term savings solutions.

This continuous effort is aligned with the vision of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India to achieve ‘Insurance for All’ by 2047, while continuing to empower individuals to make informed financial decisions.

The campaign films are available across Policybazaar’s digital and social media platforms, including Instagram.
