Five Ts for 2021

No one in the wildest of their dreams would have imagined this year will turn up to be like this. No doubt, it is one of the most challenges years for most of us, personally as well as professionally. Many of the assumptions we have had suddenly disappeared in a jiffy. We all got tested for our resilience, patience and agility. Weaknesses in business models came to light. While it has been a tough year, it also acted as a mirror showing us the need to analyse, reflect and act upon the future course of our journey.

Work, workplace and workforce are changing rapidly. And with this, we, at Logicserve Digital, could manage to transform ourselves with the changing times. Though revenues were dwindling in the first few months of the pandemic, we focussed our efforts on upskilling our employees and work on new verticals and services. The bounce-back was swift and much larger, and while we are still trying to cope up with the recovery phase, we definitely need to plan for the next year cautiously.

In order to grab the right opportunities and grow in a healthy way, we have decided to focus on some important areas and execute all our plans to the Tee. And that’s what gave us the 5Ts we will be focusing on the next year.

Trends

We all know the importance and relevance of trends. For next year, we look forward to identifying trends much earlier and use them to design solutions and services for our clients that can help achieve greater success. Our focus will also be on not just catching all the trends but also try and invent them and be Trendsetters. Coz, why not?

Talent

Something that has always been extremely important for us is the Talent. Attracting great talent, nurturing it and creating endless opportunities for the talent pool is surely the core focus. For the service industry, it is important to have the best of the talent to be able to provide flawless service, and our focus on this aspect will be a key priority.

Texture

In today’s fast-changing business environment, the talent needs to be supplemented with the right systems and processes to help them give their best. The texture is also about the culture and infrastructure of the company, and we have to constantly keep fine-tuning and changing things in line with the external changes to be able to succeed truly.

Tools & technology

Once we have the right talent, processes, systems, etc., they need the correct tools too. That’s what helps in increasing the efficiency and efficacy of the organisation manifold.

Transcend

This is a key focus area for us to help us grow faster in multiple verticals as well as capability areas. We do have expansion plans across different geographies and, for that, going above and beyond the limits is essential. That is what transcend means for us and thus, Transcend, will be a dedicated theme for us to go beyond and achieve colossal success.
