Influencer collaborations evolve: Influencer marketing will continue to be a powerful strategy, but with a twist. We will focus on building long-term partnerships with influencers who align closely with our values and target audience. Authenticity and genuine connections will be key, as we seek to create more meaningful and engaging content. We are also working to create long-term relationships with stylists to source regularly for actresses and influencers.

Virtual fashion shows and experiences: We want to embrace virtual platforms to showcase our collections, reaching a global audience without the constraints of physical events.

Social commerce dominance: Our social media platforms will become even more integrated with our e-commerce, blurring the lines between discovery and purchase. We want to leverage features like shoppable posts, augmented reality try-ons, and personalized recommendations to create seamless and convenient shopping experiences directly within social media apps.

AI-powered personalized marketing: AI algorithms will play a significant role in delivering personalized marketing experiences. We will leverage AI to analyse customer data, predict preferences, and tailor marketing messages accordingly. Personalized product recommendations, targeted advertisements, and customized content will enhance the overall customer journey and foster stronger brand loyalty.

Personal stylist: We would like to onboard personal stylists in all our stores who would make shopping easier for all our customers.
