Mumbai: R K SWAMY Limited, an integrated marketing services company, has announced two senior leadership appointments for its Media division. Veteran media professional Navin Kathuria has joined as President of R K SWAMY Media Group, based in Mumbai, while Vandana Ramkrishna Acharya has been appointed Executive Vice President, based in Chennai.
The appointments are aimed at strengthening the company’s media capabilities and enhancing its integrated marketing services offering for brands navigating an increasingly fragmented media landscape.
Kathuria brings over 26 years of experience across multiple sectors and has held leadership roles in media strategy, digital transformation and new-age media adoption. Prior to joining R K SWAMY, he was a senior media leader at DDB Mudra, where he played a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and strengthening media capabilities.
Having started his career with R K SWAMY, Kathuria returns to lead the Media Group and further build on the organisation’s integrated Media and Creative model.

Vandana Ramkrishna Acharya joins R K SWAMY Media as Executive Vice President with extensive experience in media operations, integrated campaigns and regional market development. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Madison Media Ace, where she led multi-region operations and managed a diverse portfolio of client businesses.
Based in Chennai, Ramkrishna will focus on expanding the company’s media opportunities across South and East India while strengthening client partnerships.
