Rebel Foods unveils ‘QuickiES’: 15-minute delivery guarantee with a bold marketing twist
Share Share ShareShare

Mumbai: Rebel Foods, an internet restaurant company, has taken a bold step in redefining the quick commerce space with the launch of QuickiES—a groundbreaking service that promises to deliver food in just 15 minutes, or it’s free. The industry-first service, which debuts in Mumbai this Valentine’s Day, is designed to cater to the fast-paced lifestyle of metro residents, offering high-quality meals with unbeatable speed. By combining the speed of delivery with the trust and transparency of EatSure, Rebel Foods has raised the bar in food delivery in India, beginning with Mumbai.

QuickiES blends fast delivery with fresh and high-quality meals from the brands on the EatSure platform, ensuring that customers receive their meals swiftly without compromising on taste or quality. The name “QuickiES” cleverly combines the idea of ‘quick’ with ‘EatSure,’ offering a fresh, exciting take on meal delivery services.

To promote this game-changing service, EatSure has launched an extensive, multi-channel creative campaign designed to capture attention and build excitement. The campaign leverages quirky, fun, and saucy hoardings across Mumbai, ASMR videos on social media, and a dedicated website to create anticipation. The promotional strategy also includes in-app promotions, social media activations, influencer marketing, and email and WhatsApp campaigns.

Striking Up a Bold Storm: The QuickiES Creative Campaign

Rebel Foods is leaving no stone unturned in promoting its bold new initiative. Some key elements of the campaign include:

  • Bold and Witty OOH Adverts Across Mumbai – Pre-buzz and post-launch hoardings across strategic locations, such as bus shelters and society RWAs, feature cheeky and playful imagery with innuendos like “Biggest Lie This V-Day: 15 mins is not enough!” to capture attention and highlight the 15-minute delivery promise.
  • Social Media and Influencer Marketing – The campaign also includes enticing, drool-worthy videos and influencer marketing on social platforms to build excitement and anticipation.
  • Dedicated Website & In-App Promotions – EatSure is promoting QuickiES with indulgent videos that feature prominently on its in-app UI, reaching Rebel Foods’ massive user base directly.
  • Email & WhatsApp Marketing Blitz – QuickiES will use personalized messaging to tap into its extensive first-party user database, maximizing customer reach and engagement.

Speaking about the launch, Mihir Wakharkar, Business Head – D2C & Q-Commerce at Rebel Foods, said, “We’ve spiced up this launch with a campaign that’s as bold and exciting as the service itself. Mumbai thrives on speed and energy, and QuickiES is here to keep up with that rhythm. We are clear in our campaign being playful and setting the tone – which is fun, fast, and full of flavour. The messaging and creatives across media – whether social or outdoors – is simple: ‘QuickiES means 15 mins or Free and a whole lot of Foodgasm!’ We had to go all-out in catching attention in multiple ways… it’s a Valentine’s Day launch after all, so our strategy was to cut through the clutter and stand out!”
