New Delhi: Roadcast, a SaaS-based, hardware-agnostic tracking and logistics management platform, has announced the appointment of Sridhar Iyer as Chief Business Officer (CBO). With over three decades of experience across advertising, marketing, and digital transformation, Sridhar is set to bring strategic depth and structured growth to Roadcast’s expanding operations.
Having begun his career in brand management and advertising, Sridhar worked with agencies such as Everest Advertising, TBWA Anthem, and FCB Ulka, handling an impressive portfolio across White Goods, Cigarettes, Alcobev, Kitchen Appliances, Automobiles, Education, FMCG, and B2B sectors. He later held leadership roles at top firms including J. Walter Thompson, Publicis Capital, and most recently served as Chief Strategy Officer at Hashtag Orange, a full-service digital agency.
“I’ve always found my strength in building cohesive teams, developing structured processes, and setting up scalable business frameworks,” said Sridhar. Known for blending strategic thinking with executional excellence, he has built and led high-performance teams across both traditional and digital ecosystems, with a strong pulse on consumer behaviour and brand storytelling.
In his new role at Roadcast, Sridhar will focus on formalising core business functions such as HR, sales, marketing, and product, while establishing growth mechanisms and scalable frameworks to propel the company’s next phase of expansion. He aims to instill process orientation and accountability across departments to sustain rapid yet stable growth.
“Startups often move fast, but in the process, sometimes processes and structures get overlooked. My role here is to ensure that while we drive growth, we also build a stable, process-oriented organisation where every team knows their goals, KPIs, and the logic behind our business targets,” he shared.
