Mumbai: Sochcast Media, a homegrown immersive audio platform and podcast content creation company acquires Podcash – India’s first marketplace for podcasters, advertisers, and guests to create a full-stack audio suite to listen, create, publish and monetize on a single platform.
Sochcast, launched in August 2020, by the Co-founders of Radiowalla, an In-store audio network, provides listeners with unique content across genres – Lifestyle, Education, Wellness, Society & Culture, stories, poetry, and self-help in multiple languages including Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi, Gujarati and Sanskrit.
Podcash, now an entity of Sochcast, was announced on International Podcasting day last year, by award-winning podcast host, Garima Surana and avid marketer Ronit Roy which aims to create an all in one data-driven marketplace that eases podcast discovery and promotes the growth of the podcasters by connecting them to the right collaborators and advertisers.
