Mumbai: Tenarai has announced the appointment of Shashank Samant to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. The move comes as the company sharpens its focus on scaling enterprise AI solutions globally and accelerating its next phase of growth.
Samant, widely recognised for his leadership in digital engineering and AI adoption, brings over three decades of experience in building and scaling global technology businesses. His appointment signals Tenarai’s intent to strengthen its strategic direction as it looks to drive AI-led enterprise transformation for Fortune 500 clients.

Samant previously served as President and CEO of GlobalLogic, where he led the company’s transformation into a global digital engineering powerhouse, culminating in its $9.6 billion acquisition by Hitachi. He most recently held the position of Executive Chairman at Hitachi Americas and continues to serve on multiple global boards and advisory councils, spanning organisations such as Hitachi Energy, Eureka Forbes, Cyderes, Turing, and others.
