Mumbai: Vaishali Gupta has joined Digital Connexion as Marketing Director, marking the end of a 15-year tenure at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she most recently served as Global Marketing Head – Education unit.
Gupta announced her transition through a reflective note, highlighting her long-standing association with TCS and the leadership values she carries forward. “Last week marked an end of a 15-year long journey with Tata Consultancy Services, and I move on with a heart full of gratitude and perspective. As a woman leader, I experienced an environment that empowered me to take on larger responsibilities, voice my perspectives, and grow with confidence. Over time, TCS became a constant in my life, a place that felt dependable and, in many ways, like a second home, grounded in trust and a strong sense of safety. That foundation has played a significant role in shaping who I am today.”

Gupta began her career at TCS in 2010 as Operations Manager – Supplier Financing Documentation and went on to build deep expertise across enterprise marketing and strategic communications. Her experience spans brand strategy, integrated marketing, content strategy, business development, market research, and campaign management.
