Mumbai: Vertiv has announced the appointment of Mike Giresi as Global Chief Information Officer (CIO), effective June 30, 2025. In his new role, Giresi will spearhead initiatives focused on AI adoption, cybersecurity, product security, and digitally enabled productivity and customer experience across Vertiv’s global operations.
The appointment marks a significant step in Vertiv’s ongoing strategy to strengthen execution, elevate customer experience, and leverage operational efficiencies through digital transformation.

Giresi joins Vertiv from Molex, a consumer electronics company, where he served as Chief Digital Officer. With over 30 years of IT leadership experience, including more than two decades in senior executive roles, Giresi has a proven track record in digital transformation. His past roles include Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Aramark, CIO at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., Tory Burch, Direct Brands, and SVP IT & CIO at Godiva Chocolatier.
He holds an Executive MBA from Saint Joseph’s University – Erivan K. Haub School of Business, and a BA in English and Information Systems from Seton Hall University.
