Chennai: Vijay TV has successfully conducted its signature event property, the 10th annual Vijay Awards after two years of gap, the grand event took place on June 3rd, Sunday at SDAT indoor stadium.
The Channel has slotted the telecast of thegrand event on June 16th at 8 pm and on June 17th at 3 PM. Poorvika Mobiles was roped in as Title Sponsor of the 10th Annual Vijay awards and powered by Casa Grande and Satya and Color partner of the event was Nippon paint.
The award has so far recognized outstanding talents right from art to artists. This time,some favorite categories like Favorite actor (Male), Favorite actor (Female), Favorite director, Favorite film and Favorite song were newly added.
The proud juries of the 10th edition of Vijay awards were Actress Radha, Director Bakiyaraj, Director Anurag Kashyap, Director K. S. Ravikumar, Actor and Filmmaker Yugi Sethu and The event was hosted by Anchor DD, Gopinath and Ma Ka Pa Anand.
Actress Kajal Agarwal gave a scintillating performance to some hit numbers. And lot more earth shattering performances were delivered by various Stars like Actress Dhanshika, Actress Sayeesha Saigal, Actor Harish Kalyan.
The night saw the musical sensation of Tamil cinema like Anirudh Ravichandar and Santhosh Narayanan, and the madras maestro A.R.Rahman who gave a thunderous entry.Young sensation Anirudh Ravichander performed his recent viral song Kalyana Vayasu from Kolamavu Kokila.

The event also witnessed the Movies Trailer launch of Upcoming film Kadaikutti Singam starring actor Karthi, priya Bhavani Shankar and Sayeesha in the lead and directed by director Pandiaraj.
This time the award lady was made in crystal as a mark of its 10th edition, the lady looked loving in the hands of the winners.
