PVR has appointed Vishak Pillai as its new Assistant Vice President. He previously worked for Httpool as Senior Client Partner.
Revealing the new position on his official LinkedIn handle, Pillai wrote, ”I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Assistant Vice President at PVR Limited!”
Prior to PVR, Pillai associated with Httpool as Senior Client Partner between 2023 and 2024. Before this, he worked for Warner Bros. Discovery as Manager – Advertisement Sales from 2016 to 2023. Previous to this, he positioned as Associate Account Manager – Ad Sales POGO & Cartoon Network at Turner Broadcasting, where he served between 2013 and 2016.
Prior to his tenure with Turner Broadcasting, Pillai worked for Red FM as Senior Account Manager from 2011 to 2013. Previous to this, he played the role of Sales Executive at Deccan Chronicles Holdings between 2010 and 2011. He also worked for Oberoi IBC as Client Servicing and Business Development Executive from 2006 to 2008. He began his career as Client Servicing Executive at Axis Direct Advertising since 2006.
With over 15 years of experience, Pillai has expertise in media industry, spanning across advertising agencies, print, radio, and television. His areas of specialization include content marketing, account management, advertising sales, licensing and event sales.
