This Women’s Day, brands celebrate the resilience and unwavering spirit of women, paying tribute to their ability to overcome obstacles and break barriers.

Kalyan Jewellers

Kalyan Jewellers, as part of its women’s day campaign has launched ‘Her Milestones’. In a joint effort with cricketer Pooja Sawant, who stars in their ad film, the campaign aims to inspire and empower women by honoring their achievements and celebrating their strength, resilience, and perseverance.

In a bid to strengthen ties with its audience regional brand ambassadors Ritabhari Chakraborty and Kinjal Rajpriya shared their personal stories of milestones through an Instagram Live event. The ad film features Pooja Sawant, who reflects on the challenges she has faced and the milestones she has achieved as a womanpreneur. The campaign pays tribute to incredible women who are making a difference every day, from all walks of life, breaking barriers and shattering stereotypes in their respective fields.

Noise

Noise gets ready for its women’s day celebration by joining hands with Women’s IPL as associate sponsor and released a film called ‘Transform like Taapsee’ featuring actress Taapsee Pannu.

The ad film portrays women breaking stereotypes and calls out in support of women dominating the world of cricket as it highlights the story of the choices the actress has made in her life, bringing to light how Tapsee decided to go against all odds, like the women in blue.

Paree

Paree Sanitary Pads, a homegrown brand by Soothe Healthcare has been actively working with real life women champions toward prioritizing menstrual health for women in India. This International Women’s Day, Paree Sanitary Pads extends its support to young female Indian athletes under #ChampionForChampions campaign. With this initiative, the brand celebrates and supports the sportsmanship of these young athletes who are passionate and poised to make it big in their respective sports.

Through this association with Sporting Ethos the brand supports female athletes across different sports through this sponsorship program. Under this, the brand stands with five very talented and young female athletes: Narmada Nithin, who recently won Gold in ISSF Shooting World Cup in Cairo 2023, Shikha Yadav, a member of the Indian Senior Women’s Rugby Team, Ruchi Yadav & Raziya Khan, represent Delhi in Sub Junior National Football Championship & Dolly Gola who is a Para athlete and has won 2 golds in Discus Throw.

The brand has been actively working with real life champions toward prioritizing menstrual health for women in India. Last year, the brand joined hands with Dr. Kiran Bedi and female police force to make a positive impact by raising menstrual hygiene awareness. Year on year, Paree has been bringing together the real champions from different walks of life to open dialogue on making menstrual hygiene a priority for every woman.

Dalmia Bharat

Dalmia Bharat, an Indian cement company, launched a thought-provoking digital campaign called ‘Homemaker’ commemorating International Women’s Day emphasizing the disparity and gender-ratio gap in the Indian construction and real estate sector, Dalmia Bharat is pioneering the initiative to encourage women across India to join the construction industry in crucial roles.

The digital campaign will be activated through a series of teasers, testimonials, and a short film. Tagged as ‘Because I’m that woman who chooses to be a #homemaker’, the short film showcases how women in the construction industry are building their own destiny while encountering constant stereotypes. Initially it will seem that a woman is being portrayed as a homemaker, but there will be a twist towards the end showing her as the actual engineer, contractor, architect of homes – the actual ‘homemaker’.

Syska

Syska joins hands with By Design to launch its women’s day campaign. The campaign is aimed at promoting awareness and consideration for Syska’s women’s personal care appliances range by using a combination of stylized illustrations and content that work both for the product and a woman’s persona.

The campaign, which will run on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, features grid views on Instagram with a series of posts that carry playful messages. The posts are intended to engage and entertain the target audience, using a slightly fun and funky approach that lends a very modern vibe to the Women’s Day celebration. In addition to the Instagram grid views, Syska will also run web banners on leading websites on 8th March to promote the campaign and its women’s range of personal care appliances.

As part of the Women’s Day campaign, Syska is also running a contest on Instagram, where users can win a specially curated Syska hamper by decoding the names of world-class sporting champions who have made India proud.

Prega News

Prega News launches its Women’s day campaign called #MarkOfStrength that talks about body positivity from a mother’s perspective.

Prega News realized that women tend to see themselves differently after giving birth. The International Journal of Health Sciences & Research also cites that 65% women feel negative about their body after delivery. Many new mothers see the physical effects of childbirth on their body, like the weight gain, the stretch marks, etc., as something to be hidden. The brand video brings this into highlight, along with a strong message of body positivity and wants to to celebrate their post-pregnancy body as their #MarkOfStrength.

Pullman and Novotel

This Women’s Day, Pullman & Novotel New Delhi Aerocity launches “Own The Show” – a campaign which aims to celebrate the incredible strength and resilience of each woman, working and being everything all at once. By spreading the message of – Why be one, when you can be many things, the campaign highlights women as multitasking leaders in the society.

The campaign depicts the idea of – Everything All At Once, in the form of a musical which brings out different aspects of female protagonists and their capabilities. The musical video takes a deep dive into the everyday multifaceted and vibrant life a woman leads, who is also in complete control of all that she balances, professionally and personally. The film features the employees of Pullman & Novotel including women HODs, f&b, spa, security, front office and sales and marketing team members. The narrative unravels through the medium of a catchy song and memorable dance routines to bring out the strong, fun and vivid personalities of the women, with depictions of them going against what is expected of them.

Upscalio

UpScalio, a Gurugram-based roll-up e-commerce company, has launched a poignant campaign for its brand Green Soul to mark Women’s Day 2023. A trailblazing concept, the #ShowThemHowYouSit campaign aims to thwart the words women hear right from their childhood days, well into adolescence and even as adults – sit like a lady.

With its unique UGC campaign, Green Soul has invited women to share pictures of themselves sitting in a way that comes naturally to them. It underlines the fact that women need not be proper, just comfortable.
It highlights the fact that women don’t need to sit in a way that’s acceptable to society, they just need to be themselves. With Green Soul, it is already prioritizing their comfort with our ergonomic chairs which will allow them to be in control of how they sit and who they are.

The campaign comprises a powerful, inspiring video centred around the fact that most women do not prioritize their comfort as much as men. It calls for a change in the thought process where women choose products that contribute to their well-being, such as ergonomic chairs that support their posture and comfort.

This International Women’s Day, Senco Gold & Diamonds, a pan-India jewellery retail player and one of the largest organised jewellery retail player in the eastern region of India is putting the spotlight on the gritty and resilient Indian woman who have helped shape our society for the better despite facing multiple challenges.
The campaign showcases how the Indian woman of today takes the obstacles in her stride and overcomes the challenges by not being held back by the negativity around her. In fact she is confident, strong and breaks all barriers on her way to success, ignoring the outdated opinions and trolls and by proving herself silences all her critics.
