Wow! Momo Foods, India’s largest homegrown QSR brand, has appointed Nimish Chaudhary as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in a move aimed at accelerating its digital transformation and building future-ready technology capabilities.
Chaudhary, who previously served as Vice President of Engineering at Jubilant FoodWorks, brings over 18 years of experience in scaling technology functions and delivering enterprise-grade platforms. At Jubilant, he was instrumental in developing a next-generation food-tech platform, creating an in-house Android-based POS system, and enabling a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
In his new role, Chaudhary will lead Wow! Momo’s technology and product innovation charter, including the architecture of a multi-tenant, in-house food-tech enterprise platform to power existing and upcoming business lines, such as planned international operations. He will also focus on enhancing the Wow! Eats app, modernizing store technology, and streamlining operations across the brand’s expanding network.
To support this vision, Wow! Momo has established the Wow! Tech Innovation Hub at the Google Campus, Signature Tower, Gurgaon, which will serve as the brand’s strategic center for digital and product innovation.

Chaudhary’s career also includes senior leadership roles at Publicis Sapient, where he led the North America Financial Services portfolio for clients such as Goldman Sachs, and engineering leadership positions at Cisco Systems and Avaya Inc. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K).
