Yellow Fertility unveils ‘IVF Ko Samjho’ to educate and empower prospective parents

Mumbai: Yellow Fertility & IVF has launched an innovative digital education campaign, ‘IVF Ko Samjho’. The campaign, running on social media, aims to bridge the knowledge gap surrounding fertility treatments by delivering expert-backed information directly to prospective parents across India through engaging, bite-sized video content.

The campaign features a curated series of eight short educational episodes, each designed to address critical aspects of the IVF journey in a format that resonates with modern Indian families. The videos cover essential topics ranging from fundamental IVF procedures and preliminary testing requirements to cost considerations and the important role both partners play in the fertility treatment process. By addressing common misconceptions and providing transparent information about treatment expectations, the campaign seeks to empower couples with the knowledge necessary to make informed decisions about their reproductive health.

Recognising India’s linguistic diversity and the need for inclusive communication in healthcare, each episode is produced in simple Hindi with English subtitles. The videos will also be released in 14 regional languages, including Urdu, Kannada, and Oriya. Each video is under three minutes, making complex medical information easy to understand while holding the viewer’s attention.

Commenting on the campaign, Ambika Bhaik, CEO, said, “As we continue on our mission to make IVF accessible and affordable to all, it is also paramount for us to ensure we continue to lead the conversation around the same. We believe that informed patients make better health decisions, and a lack of awareness should never be a barrier to accessing quality fertility care. Through ‘IVF Ko Samjho’, we are simplifying IVF, which has long been associated with misinformation and stigma. However, the procedure gives hope of parenthood for many, so when families understand the science and facts behind IVF, they become active participants in their treatment rather than passive recipients. We are confident that this initiative will dispel misconceptions surrounding fertility treatments and enable couples to make decisions based on facts rather than fear or societal pressure or stigma.”

The ‘IVF Ko Samjho’ campaign represents Yellow Fertility & IVF’s broader mission to make fertility treatments not only financially accessible but also intellectually approachable for Indian families navigating the complexities of reproductive health.
