Mumbai: Zee Entertainment has emerged as the most viewed Television Entertainment Network in India during the period of April 2017 to March 2018.
Zee stands tall among the Television Broadcast Networks in India by scoring a remarkable 18% viewership share in the Indian Television Market under the entertainment genre. The network boasts of having a strong connect with its audience on 37 channels in 9 different Indian languages that reaches 133mn households every day.
Basis the Total TV viewership, Zee Entertainment emerges as the No.1 television network in India competing very closely with Star India that has scored 17.7% share of total TV viewership, followed by the regional broadcaster Sun Network at No. 3 with 12.2% and Sony Music and Viacom 18 chasing 4th and 5th position with 10.4% and 10.1% share respectively.
The above mentioned viewership share is based on the BARC data from Week 14 of 2017 to Week 13 of 2018 under All India Urban + Rural markets in 2+ TG.
