Mindshare wins top honour at I-Com Data Creativity Awards

International: Mindshare, the global media agency network that is part of WPP,emerged as the Overall Winner at the 2019 I-COM Data Creativity Awards last night. The award ceremony was held in Spain as part of the annual I-COM Global Summit.

For the 7th year running, the I-COM Data Creativity Awards celebrate the most creative people and companies who optimize client’s business value and competitive advantage by leveraging on valuable data.

As well as picking up the Overall Winner title, Mindshare won 3 individual category awards – making it the only agency to win on behalf of more than one client and the only agency to win with work from more than one country. Mindshare China’s “The First Colonel to Conquer eSports” campaign, bagged both Content Marketing Winner and Overall Winner.

  • The Overall Winner – Mindshare China and Yum! China for The First Colonel to Conquer eSports
  • The Content Marketing Winner – Mindshare China and Yum! China for The First Colonel to Conquer eSports
  • The General Category Winner – Mindshare India and Godrej Consumer Products for Fighting Dengue with a Dose of Data Doctors
  • The Mobile Category Winner – Mindshare India and PepsiCo India for Miles and Meals: How Pepsi Rode the Express Train to Success

At the same time, Mindshare’s long time client IBM won Marketer of the Year Award while GroupM won Agency Network of the Year for the second year straight at the 2019 I-COM Smart Data Awards.
