Week 28 of BARC Ratings saw the Top 5 channels in Malyalamgenre witness changes in the positions. According to BARC Ratings of South GEC for week 28, the following are the ranking of various Regional GECs.
Malayalam:
Asianet leads the Malayalam GEC category followed by Flowers TV that moved up and secured the 2nd spot this week. Surya TV on the 3rd spot and for the last two spots we have MazhavilManorama and Zee Keralam.
Tamil:
We see Sun TV leading the Tamil – All Platform Top 5 channels category and with Zee Tamil on the 2nd spot. With Star Vijay on the 3rd spot and for the last two spots, we have KTV and Star Vijay Super.
Telugu:
Star Maa leading the Telugu All Platform Top 5 channels category followed by ZEE Telugu on the 2nd spot and ETV Telugu on the 3rd spot while Gemini TV and Star Maa Movies being the last two contenders in this category.
Kannada:
With the undisputed leader Zee Kannada leading the Kannada GEC category followed by Udaya TV on the 2nd spot. For the last 3 spots, we have Star Suvarna, Colors Kannada, and Udaya Movies.
