PNB MetLife India Insurance Company, has appointed Sanjay Kumar Karnatak as its new Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO), effective August 1, 2024.
Sanjay, as CITO, will lead the company’s technology strategy, including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, data management, and digital transformation, to enhance customer experiences and align technology with strategic goals for growth.
Sanjay, a seasoned IT leader with 25 years of experience in insurance, brings expertise in digital transformation and insurance industry knowledge to the company’s leadership team, adding significant value.
Sanjay has a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Mumbai and an MBA in IT Systems from IMT Ghaziabad.
