Mumbai: The Indian School of Business (ISB) has revealed a fresh brand identity, including a new logo, signaling a pivotal moment in its ongoing mission to cultivate leaders who are equipped with the knowledge, character, and vision to drive global transformation. The strategic brand refresh was executed in collaboration with Landor, a renowned global brand consultancy, reflecting ISB’s evolution as a world-class institution of business education.

The new brand identity reflects ISB’s legacy as a research-driven institution while reinforcing its ambition to remain at the forefront of global business education. The refreshed logo encapsulates the school’s dynamic approach, blending elements of its rich history with a modern, forward-thinking design. Featuring a bold, clean sans-serif wordmark, the logo has been directionally reoriented to symbolise progress and empowerment, resonating with ISB’s commitment to developing leaders who are prepared for the challenges and opportunities of the future.

Dean Madan Pillutla of ISB commented, “Our new brand embodies ISB’s relentless pursuit of excellence. As an institution, we are firmly committed to nurturing leaders who can drive impactful change in an increasingly complex world. This year, we have introduced an updated curriculum and a new programme aimed at developing young leaders, and our new brand identity reflects our belief that the future belongs to those who create it.”

The refreshed logo design marks a significant departure from the previous one, with a reorientation that subtly conveys the institution’s forward-moving trajectory and focus on continuous innovation. The updated branding emphasizes ISB’s vision of producing future-ready leaders who will excel not just in India, but globally.

Lulu Raghavan, President APAC at Landor, added, “This brand refresh is more than a design evolution—it’s a powerful statement of ISB’s role in shaping future-ready leaders for India and beyond.”

Founded in 2001, ISB has consistently redefined business education in India, growing into a premier institution recognized for its world-class faculty, rigorous academic programs, and impactful research. The institution is now poised to further its influence, with a strategic focus on blending cutting-edge research with real-world applications. ISB’s updated brand identity serves as a reflection of this focus on creating leaders who will drive innovation and inspire transformative change across industries, governments, and societies.

This brand refresh comes on the heels of several key developments at ISB, including a revised curriculum and new leadership programs that reflect the institution’s evolving vision for business education in a rapidly changing world. ISB’s commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and leadership development continues to position the institution as a hub for shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
