Havas deepens North American footprint with strategic acquisition of Enverta Digital

Havas strengthens its position as a leader in CX, CRM, and digital transformation, reinforcing its strategic vision to embed customer experience at the center of its Converged strategy

Mumbai: In a move that underscores its global commitment to customer experience (CX) innovation, Havas has announced the acquisition of Toronto-based Enverta Digital, a rapidly growing CRM and digital transformation specialist. The acquisition strengthens Havas’ position as a leader in CX, CRM, and digital transformation in North America, further embedding customer experience at the heart of its global Converged strategy.

With operations in Canada and Poland, Enverta Digital brings to Havas a robust portfolio of CX capabilities, including CRM technology strategy and implementation across leading platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, and Braze. The acquisition boosts Havas’ ability to deliver fully integrated, tech-enabled solutions at scale, especially for its growing U.S. client base.

Founded in 2021, Enverta Digital has quickly earned a reputation for innovation, agility, and deep client integration. The team’s collaborative engagement model and cultural alignment with Havas made the company an attractive partner. Prior to the acquisition, both companies had already worked together on high-impact case studies, validating the synergy of their combined offerings.

Enverta will now operate under Havas CX Canada, one of Havas’ key Centers of Excellence in North America. The integration of Enverta’s expertise will enable the delivery of bundled solutions and new business development opportunities, with scalable support from its offshore hub in Poland. The move also supports Havas’ ambitions to expand recurring revenue streams through robust CRM-led engagements.
