New Delhi: PepsiCo has elevated Harjyot Singh Arora to the role of Head – Media, Digital & Investments for APAC, marking a significant leadership move within the company’s marketing and growth ecosystem.
Arora, who has been with PepsiCo for more than six years, announced his new appointment through a LinkedIn post, expressing enthusiasm about stepping into the expanded mandate. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s media strategy, digital initiatives, and investment-led growth opportunities.
Prior to this elevation, Arora served as Sector Lead – Media, Data & Commerce Capabilities at PepsiCo, where he played a key role in strengthening data-driven media planning and integrating commerce-focused capabilities across the organisation.
A seasoned consumer marketing professional, Arora brings deep expertise across brand strategy, advertising, digital media, and new business development. His career spans stints with leading organisations, including Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., Mahindra Group, and Starcom MediaVest Group, among others.
The appointment reflects PepsiCo’s continued focus on sharpening its media and digital capabilities as the company adapts to evolving consumer behaviour and a rapidly transforming marketing landscape.
