Bhavesh Gupta brings over two decades of leadership experience spanning payments, fintech, lending, and large-scale digital platforms. A seasoned professional with a proven track record of building businesses from inception to scale, he has led companies to billions in revenue and taken ventures to IPO and beyond.
As COO of Paytm, Gupta played a pivotal role in scaling one of India’s most influential fintech ecosystems, overseeing operations across payments, lending, commerce, and financial services. His BFSI career spans multiple leadership roles, including CEO and Founding Member at Clix Capital, Founding Member & SME Business Banking Head at IDFC Bank, and General Manager & Head of Business Banking at ICICI Bank. Known for his execution rigor and deep understanding of Indian consumer and MSME behavior, Gupta has consistently driven growth at scale while navigating complex credit and regulatory environments.
