Mumbai: Route Mobile Limited (“Route Mobile”), a leading cloud communications platform service provider to enterprises, OTT players and mobile network operators, has announced its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, along with key leadership changes.
Financial Highlights
Q3 FY26 vs Q3 FY25 (Y-o-Y) Consolidated
- Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,107.06 crore compared to Rs. 1,183.79 crore
- Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs. 135.21 crore versus Rs. 106.95 crore
- Profit After Tax (PAT) rose to Rs. 102.56 crore from Rs. 85.47 crore
- Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at Rs. 15.51 (basic and diluted)
Q3 FY26 vs Q2 FY26 (Sequential) Consolidated
- Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,107.06 crore compared to Rs. 1,119.42 crore
- PBT stood at Rs. 135.21 crore, a significant improvement from Rs. 2 crore; PBT margin at 12.2%
- PAT stood at Rs. 102.56 crore compared to a loss of Rs. 18.83 crore; PAT margin at 9.3%
The Board of Directors has re-designated Rajdipkumar Gupta as Managing Director of the Company, effective February 9, 2026, upon his ceding the role of Chief Executive Officer. He will continue as a Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel in line with regulatory requirements. All other terms of his appointment remain unchanged.
In addition to his role as Managing Director, Gupta will take on the position of Advisor to Seckin Arikan, CEO of Proximus Global and Chairman of the Route Mobile Group Board. He also retains his equity interest in Proximus Global via Clear Bridge Ventures LLP.
The Board has also elevated Tushar Agnihotri to Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective February 9, 2026. With extensive experience in CPaaS and a strong background in sales and operations, Agnihotri will lead overall operations and drive strategic initiatives focused on growth and profitability, working closely with Gupta.
