Mumbai: Lotus Herbals, a leading name in India’s beauty and personal care sector, has announced the appointment of Puja Singh as Assistant General Manager – Marketing. In her new leadership role, Singh will steer the company’s marketing and brand operations while driving strategic growth across a portfolio that includes Lotus Dermabotanics, Lotus Makeup, Lotus Organics+, Lotus Botanicals, and the clinical skin-tech brand Dermacy.
A Gold Medalist MBA and an alumna of Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and Miranda House, Singh brings over 15 years of experience in the beauty and personal care industry. She joins Lotus Herbals following a successful tenure leading Marketing & Innovations at McNROE Consumer Products.
Singh’s career has been defined by her ability to bridge creative storytelling with commercial growth. Her expertise spans brand strategy and positioning, with a strong focus on connecting with Gen Z and millennial audiences through digitally agile campaigns. She has led celebrity and performance marketing initiatives, managing high-profile celebrity and influencer strategies aimed at boosting brand recall and driving measurable e-commerce conversions. She also brings experience in full P&L ownership, managing marketing budgets and optimizing costs to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
The appointment also marks a return to Lotus Herbals for Singh, who earlier served as Marketing Manager for the brand’s makeup division and Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs). During her previous stint, she played a key role in launching and repositioning Lotus Makeup as a youth-centric, aspirational brand.
In her new role, Singh will focus on expanding the brand’s presence across digital and traditional channels. Leveraging her understanding of the evolving female consumer, she joins the company at a time when Lotus Herbals is accelerating its expansion in the organic and dermatological skincare segments.
