New Delhi: PeopleStrong has announced the appointment of Adishri Charla as Senior Vice President – Marketing. In her new role, Charla will lead the company’s global brand and overall marketing strategy, while focusing on accelerating growth and customer engagement as PeopleStrong expands across India, Asia, the Middle East and other emerging markets.
Charla brings nearly two decades of B2B marketing experience across startups and large global enterprises. She joins PeopleStrong from UiPath, where she held several leadership roles, most recently serving as Director and Head of Marketing for India and SAARC. During her tenure at UiPath, she contributed to the company’s growth journey from an early high-growth phase to becoming a category leader in the region by driving integrated, revenue-aligned marketing strategies, strengthening brand positioning and building customer and community marketing programmes that earned multiple industry recognitions.
Backed by Goldman Sachs Alternatives, PeopleStrong has been expanding its enterprise customer base across India and the Middle East. The company has onboarded clients such as Force Motors, Apollo Hospitals, DS Group, Omantel, Al Nabooda Automobiles and NFPC among others.
The company has also received industry recognition, including the Technology Solution Provider of the Year award at the ET Human Capital Awards and HR Tech Provider of the Year at the People Matters Infini-T Awards. In addition, PeopleStrong has been named the Customers’ Choice of HCM Suites in the Gartner Voice of the Customer Report for enterprises with over 1,000 employees for four consecutive years from 2022 to 2025.

Prior to UiPath, Charla worked with Oracle India, where she led go-to-market strategy and marketing programmes for systems and cloud infrastructure offerings, driving both digital and on-ground initiatives. Earlier in her career, she was associated with IBM India, focusing on global product marketing and marketing analytics.

A strong advocate for women’s leadership, Charla holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and HR Development and has completed executive programmes at Columbia Business School and Indian School of Business.
