New Delhi, March 26, 2026: Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a special message at the Times Now Summit 2026, congratulating The Times Network on its new brand identity. Minister of Information and Broadcasting Ashwini Vaishnaw along with The Times Group MD, Mr. Vineet Jain unveiled the new brand identity, which marks a significant milestone in its journey as one of India’s most influential news broadcasters.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi lauded the work and the “Pivotal role media plays in shaping public awareness and nurturing active participation in issues of social and national importance.” He reiterates, “As the nation marches towards building Viksit Bharat, the media’s contribution will prove significant in strengthening our unity and sense of purpose.”
“In this journey platforms like The Times Group play a vital role, informing citizens, shaping ideas, strengthening dialogues and amplifying India’s voice on the global stage. A new identity for the Times Network is a forward- looking step that reflects progress.”
For over two decades, Times Network has served as a trusted chronicler of India’s growth story—capturing defining moments, amplifying voices, and shaping national conversations. While its earlier identity symbolised its roots in legacy and tradition, the new design embraces a forward-looking ethos, representing progress, agility, and a borderless flow of information. The logo reflects the network’s evolution alongside a dynamic, aspirational India and underscores its commitment to staying relevant in a rapidly transforming media landscape.
Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister of Railways, Information and Broadcasting, Electronics & IT unveiling the logo extended his wishes to the network, “Congratulations Times Network and wish you all the very best for many more decades. Congratulations on the excellent new logo, it reflects our today’s ethos”.
The refreshed identity is anchored in a globe that carries within it, the unmistakable imprint of India, signalling a reflection of purpose. The globe in the logo captures this spirit – open, interconnected, and alive with possibility just like the Indian diaspora that is shining across the world. And at its heart, stands India, representing a country racing towards the goal of a developed nation by 2047, and an India that is a beacon of hope.

Sharing his thoughts on the same, Vineet Jain, Managing Director, The Times Group mentioned, “This is far more than a visual transformation. It is a declaration of purpose. It reflects a network that is not bound by geography but energized by connection.
This new identity embodies a larger vision of a network that serves as a bridge—between India and the world, and equally, between the world and India.
A network that will present the story, the aspirations, and the possibilities for our great nation, and resonates across the world.
A platform where conversations rise above borders, and where the exchange between India and the world is not unidirectional, but constant, meaningful, and alive. We are Times Network— rooted in India, connected to the world, and committed to being the bridge between the two.”
The rebrand comes at a time when Times Network is expanding its footprint across television and digital ecosystems, reaching audiences in India and around the world. With a strong presence in over 100 countries, the network continues to drive meaningful discourse on issues that matter to the people, for the people.
