Mumbai: Mondelez India has unveiled one of its most ambitious flavour innovations with the launch of Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Dubai Chocolate, a limited-edition offering inspired by Dubai’s globally popular Kunafa chocolate experience.
The launch marks the latest premium indulgence play by Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk, bringing together Middle Eastern dessert inspiration and the brand’s signature smooth chocolate experience for Indian consumers.
Dubai’s famous Kunafa chocolate has emerged as a global dessert phenomenon, gaining widespread popularity across social media and international dessert culture. Known for combining crispy kadayfi pastry with rich pistachio crème, the dessert has become synonymous with indulgence and layered textures.
With this launch, Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk reimagines the experience for the Indian market through its iconic chocolate format.

Commenting on the launch, Nitin Saini, Vice President – Marketing, Mondelez India said, “Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk has always been about delivering the most indulgent chocolate experiences to our consumers. When we saw the phenomenal love for Dubai’s famous Kunafa chocolate around the world – the unique textures, rich flavours and sense of indulgence it offered, we knew Silk was the perfect canvas to bring that experience to India. We’ve carefully recreated the elements that made it a global sensation – the crunch of kadaifi and the richness of pistachio crème with the unmistakable smoothness of Silk. The result is a truly distinctive and indulgent treat that we believe consumers will love.”
The limited-edition offering combines Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk’s signature smooth chocolate shell with a layered filling of crispy kadayfi pastry and rich pistachio crème, designed to deliver a multi-textural and indulgent consumption experience.
The launch builds on Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk’s strategy of introducing premium and globally inspired flavour experiences to Indian consumers. Over the years, the brand has positioned itself around elevating everyday indulgence occasions, ranging from gifting moments to personal rewards.
With Dubai Chocolate, the brand extends this proposition by tapping into international dessert trends while adapting them to local consumer preferences.
Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Dubai Chocolate is available for a limited period at ₹550 across leading quick-commerce platforms and select retail outlets across India.
The launch reflects the growing consumer appetite for premium confectionery experiences and globally influenced flavour innovations within India’s evolving snacking and indulgence market.
