Mumbai: Bajaj Electricals Limited has appointed Tiny Sengupta as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), effective June 29, 2026, further strengthening its leadership team as the company sharpens its focus on brand building and business growth.
In her new role, Sengupta will lead the company’s marketing function and oversee the integrated marketing strategy and brand positioning for its portfolio brands, Bajaj and Morphy Richards.
Sengupta brings more than 22 years of global experience across the healthcare and FMCG sectors. Over the course of her career, she has held leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Marico, Dabur, Henkel and GSK.
Most recently, she served as Country Director, Vision Care, Johnson & Johnson India, where she was responsible for strengthening commercial excellence, enhancing brand equity among Indian consumers and expanding the business’ market reach across the country.
An accomplished marketing professional, Sengupta has received several industry recognitions, including the Business Woman of the Year & Visionary Leader award at ET Ascent 2023. She was also named among Asia’s Most Inspirational Women in Leadership 2022 by House of Rose Professional.
