Mumbai: Hala Mobility, an EV mobility platform focused on last-mile logistics, has elevated Shivam Agarwal as its Chief Business Officer (CBO) as the company strengthens its leadership team to support its next phase of profitable growth and national expansion.
In his new role, Shivam will lead Hala Mobility’s overall commercial strategy, overseeing business growth, enterprise partnerships, market expansion, customer success and strategic alliances as the company scales its operations across India’s EV mobility ecosystem.
A core member of Hala Mobility’s leadership team, Shivam has played a key role in the company’s growth, leading business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, network expansion and revenue growth. The company said his efforts have helped establish long-term relationships with leading logistics, e-commerce and mobility companies while supporting Hala’s focus on sustainable and capital-efficient growth.

During his tenure, Shivam has been instrumental in expanding Hala Mobility’s presence across key Indian cities, strengthening enterprise partnerships, scaling the company’s fleet and customer network, and developing structured business development and enterprise engagement frameworks. He has also worked closely with the operations, technology and product teams to build a customer-centric organisation.
As Chief Business Officer, he will oversee business growth and revenue expansion, enterprise sales, customer success, strategic partnerships and expansion into new cities and business segments. His responsibilities will also include forging alliances across fleet, financing, energy and ecosystem partners, developing scalable commercial models, aligning cross-functional teams and supporting the company’s future fundraising initiatives.
