The global Art Directors Club (ADC), part of The One Club for Creativity, has named three India-based creative leaders to the jury for the ADC Young Guns 24 competition, joining a panel of more than 100 industry experts from around the world.
Representing India on the global jury are Pallavi Chakravarti, Founder and Chief Creative Officer at Fundamental, Mumbai; Sonam Gautam, Head of Creative at ULKA (A BBDO Group), Mumbai; and Kopal Naithani, Ad Filmmaker at Superfly Films Pvt Ltd, Mumbai.
ADC Young Guns is the advertising and creative industry’s only global, cross-disciplinary, portfolio-based awards programme dedicated to recognising emerging creative professionals aged 30 and under. The competition is open to individuals who have worked for at least two years, either full-time or as freelancers, allowing entrants to showcase a combination of professional and personal work.
The organisation has opened entries for the Young Guns 24 edition, with the regular reduced-fee deadline set for August 27, 2026, followed by the final submission deadline on September 24, 2026. Winners will be announced in January 2027, with the awards ceremony scheduled to take place on January 27, 2027, in New York.
The competition consistently attracts entries from more than 45 countries, with over half of all submissions coming from outside the United States, reflecting its global reach across creative disciplines.
Winning creatives receive a specially designed ADC Young Guns Cube, created exclusively for each year’s winners, along with a permanent profile on the Young Guns website. Additional benefits include a complimentary one-year membership with The One Club for Creativity, permanent inclusion in the Young Guns alumni network, opportunities to participate in Young Guns events, and career development support through programme sponsors.
Over the years, the ADC Young Guns programme has recognised several creatives who have gone on to become influential figures across advertising, filmmaking, design and the arts. Notable alumni include Oscar-winning filmmaking duo DANIELS (Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert), Top Gun: Maverick director Joseph Kosinski, designers Stefan Sagmeister, Jessica Walsh and Natasha Jen, illustrator Christoph Niemann, fashion designer Kerby Jean-Raymond, artist and filmmaker Calmatic, and typographer Alex Trochut, among many others.
The branding for ADC Young Guns 24 and this year’s YG Cube trophy has been created by Chantal Jahchan, a Brooklyn-based independent illustrator and designer who was recognised as a winner in the Young Guns 23 competition.
The appointment of three Indian creative leaders to the international jury highlights India’s growing influence in the global creative industry and reinforces the country’s continued contribution to shaping emerging talent across advertising, design and visual storytelling.
