Mumbai: Abhishek Malhotra has been named Brand Lead at MG Select, marking a new chapter in his journey with MG Motor, where he has been associated since 2023.
Prior to this role, Malhotra served as Brand Lead – EV at MG Motor, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s electric vehicle brand positioning. His elevation to MG Select reflects the company’s focus on strengthening its brand presence across emerging categories and markets.

Before joining MG Motor, Malhotra was Associate Director – Brand Marketing at Unacademy, where he spent nearly two years leading brand initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked with Maruti Suzuki India as Brand Manager for key models including Swift and Alto, gaining significant experience in automotive marketing.
With over 12 years of experience, Malhotra brings expertise across brand marketing, sales, marketing strategy, digital marketing, consumer insights, marketing communications, and brand management.
