New Delhi: Accor, a global hospitality group, and InterGlobe, India’s foremost travel and hospitality conglomerate, today announced that Gaurav Bhushan will serve as Chairman of their proposed joint hospitality venture in India.
This strategic partnership will integrate the development, operations, and management capabilities of both Accor and InterGlobe in India. The new entity aims to become a dominant force in one of the world’s fastest-growing hospitality markets and will act as the exclusive growth platform for Accor’s brands across the country.
Gaurav Bhushan, currently Co-CEO of Ennismore, CEO of Lifestyle & Leisure Brands, and a member of the Executive Committee at Accor, brings over three decades of global experience in hospitality leadership. A veteran at Accor, he previously served as Global Chief Development Officer, playing a pivotal role in expanding the company’s brand portfolio from 12 to over 45. Under his leadership, the group consistently achieved more than 500 hotel signings per year, establishing a strong global development pipeline.

Gaurav Bhushan is the Co-CEO of Ennismore and CEO of Lifestyle & Leisure Brands at Accor. He is widely recognised for his expertise in brand development, strategic expansion, and global M&A within the hospitality industry. Gaurav holds an MBA from RMIT University, Australia, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
