Actor Sonu Sood Endorses MFine to Encourage the use of Telemedicine
Share Share ShareShare

Bengaluru: MFine, an AI-powered, on-demand healthcare service that enables virtual medical consultations, has signed up actor Sonu Sood to promote the use of MFine’s online consultations. The company’s upcoming campaigns will focus on the importance of telemedicine for consumers, including those in Tier-II cities. Sonu Sood’s selfless commitment towards helping vulnerable communities during the COVID-19 pandemic makes him the ideal choice to represent the MFine brand.

MFine has been an important telemedicine player in India, with more than 500 hospital partners and 3000 doctors on its roster. The company partners with top hospitals in India in an effort to bring high-quality primary healthcare directly to the consumer using AI and mobile technology. In the ongoing pandemic, MFine has helped more than 3 lakh patients consult with doctors and launched a specialized COVID-19 symptom tracker. Through this new partnership, MFine hopes to make its brand a household name in India.

Arjun Choudhary, Chief Business Officer at MFine said, “We are excited to have Sonu Sood endorse the MFine brand. He has single-handedly helped hundreds of people. This has turned him into a beacon of hope, care and trustworthiness- which makes him the right fit for our brand. We hope that our upcoming campaigns, featuring Sonu, will help us reach consumers who need access to quality healthcare but are unable to due to the COVID-19 restraints.”

Sonu Sood’s record of helping those in need and the sincerity of his actions make him the perfect face for MFine. Speaking about his association with MFine, Sood said, “Having used MFine myself, I know the real-life benefit and assurance of having instant access to a specialist doctor, when you really need one. There are several people out there, who are in need of timely medical advice and the right healthcare, that too from a specialist that they can trust. I know I can’t help all of them, but I am certain that MFine can”.

Through this association, Sood has committed to generate awareness around MFine’s many service offerings- be it online consultations or at-home health checks. As an MFine user, he is keen to raise awareness around the brand and the benefits of having an on-demand quality healthcare service on your phone. He commented on his experience with the app saying, “Last month, I had severe back pain for a week, but I did not want to step outside my home and expose myself to infections. A friend of mine recommended MFine- and I realized that a specialist can give you the same care online. I was feeling better within 2 days of the consultation. The doctor even followed up afterwards to ensure that I had fully recovered, and now even my mom is consulting with her doctor using this app”.
