Air India SATS rebrands to reflect a future-ready vision for Indian Aviation

Mumbai: Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS), India’s leading provider of integrated ground and cargo handling solutions, today announced the launch of its new brand identity with the unveiling of a refreshed logo. The new identity captures AISATS’s transformation into a dynamic, future-ready cargo and ground handling company that is helping shape the next chapter of India’s air logistics and airport operations ecosystem.

The redesigned logo and brand identity reflect AISATS’s vision of driving transformation through innovation, technology, and sustainability. The change symbolizes the organisation’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and its expanding role in building state-of-the-art infrastructure and services for seamless, efficient, and responsible aviation solutions across India.

As a joint venture between Air India Limited (a Tata Group company) and Singapore-based SATS Ltd., the rebranding marks AISATS’s continued evolution as a trusted and forward-looking partner in India’s aviation growth story. The partnership between the two entities is driving world-class advancements across air cargo, passenger, and ground-handling operations.

Speaking on the occasion, Ramanathan Rajamani, CEO, AISATS, said, “This new identity marks an exciting milestone for AISATS growth journey as we continue to build more connected, and progressed aviation ecosystem in India. Our refreshed logo reflects the spirit of collaboration and innovation that drives us — combining technological advancement with a human touch. The new logo symbolizes strength through partnership, infinite possibilities, and a commitment to progress. Its vibrant tone represents excellence, passion, and confidence — values that define AISATS’s operations across India’s airports.

AISATS’s rebranding comes at a transformative time for India’s aviation sector, which is witnessing exponential growth through national initiatives such as PM Gati Shakti, UDAN, and the National Logistics Policy. With significant investments in cutting-edge infrastructure, including the AISATS BLR Logistics Park and the upcoming AISATS Multi-Modal Cargo Hub at Noida International Airport, the company continues to play a key role in modernising the country’s aviation landscape.
