AnyMind Group launches AnyLive, transforming APAC e-commerce
Share Share ShareShare

Mumbai: AnyMind Group, a provider of Business Platform-as-a-Service (BPaaS) solutions for marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation, has launched its revolutionary GenAI-powered live commerce platform, AnyLive. This new platform enables businesses to seamlessly run live commerce events in multiple languages, leveraging AI-generated virtual live streamers to break down barriers related to time, location, and language.

As live commerce continues to gain traction across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, AnyLive addresses key challenges such as talent shortages, local language requirements, and cultural nuances, allowing brands to streamline live streaming operations and enhance cross-border business expansion. The platform’s cutting-edge generative AI technology can create virtual live streamers that align with a brand’s identity, allowing them to conduct live broadcasts in multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Bahasa Malaysia, Vietnamese, and Tagalog, with more languages expected soon.

AnyLive takes the traditional live commerce model to the next level by offering AI-generated live streamers that can present products, drive sales, and engage audiences 24/7. By utilizing large language models, AnyLive can automatically generate live-stream scripts tailored to product details and even provide real-time, automated responses during broadcasts. The platform’s integration with major e-commerce and social media platforms, including Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, AliExpress, TikTok Shop, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X, enables brands to reach a wider, global audience through simultaneous, multi-platform streaming.

The platform is designed to overcome the growing need for scalable and efficient live commerce, particularly for businesses looking to expand into diverse markets with varying regulations and consumer preferences. By automating key aspects of the live streaming process, AnyLive helps brands reduce operational costs and streamline their marketing efforts.

Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group, commented on the launch: “Southeast Asia’s e-commerce market presents a tremendous growth opportunity for local and global brands alike. With AnyLive, we are offering an innovative approach to live commerce and digital marketing that leverages advanced AI technology to help businesses reach more customers with less complexity. Our goal is to help brands establish a competitive edge in this dynamic, rapidly growing market.”

The impact of AnyLive has already been felt by early adopters. Sino-Pacific Trading (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which deployed AnyLive for Evian in Thailand, reported a 90% reduction in live streaming costs while significantly increasing the number of monthly streaming hours. Additionally, AI-generated live streamers have been shown to outperform human live streamers in terms of Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) for Evian.

Similarly, NIL CO., Ltd., using AnyLive for its SUNA brand in Thailand and Malaysia, achieved a significant boost in live commerce sales and gained valuable insights into viewership patterns. The brand is now looking to combine AI-powered and human live streamers to further optimize their live commerce strategy.

In addition to AI-generated live streamers, AnyMind Group offers expert operational support, including data-driven insights into viewership, comments, and sales. The platform also integrates seamlessly with AnyMind’s influencer marketing platform, AnyTag, which boasts a database of over 790,000 influencers. This feature allows brands to collaborate with human live streamers for added engagement during peak times.

With the launch of AnyLive, AnyMind Group is setting the stage for the next wave of live commerce in APAC, empowering brands to engage with consumers in innovative ways while reducing operational barriers and improving profitability.
