Mumbai: IWM Digital Awards 2018 celebrated a night of glitz, glamour and entertainment at Film city in Goregaon, Mumbai on March 10, 2018. The star studded evening saw the best of the web world’s popular characters and actors to celebrate their achievements.
It was a big night for Big Synergy and Mr. Indranil Chakraborty – CEO as the shows produced for their clientsALT Balaji and VOOT, got nominated in eighteen out of 55 categories and won ten awards. The cheer went up when ‘Bose: Dead/Alive’won for Best Web Series, ‘Rajkumar Rao’ won the Best Actor for Bose: Dead/Alive and ‘Yo Ke Hua Bro’(a show produced by Big Synergy for VOOT) won the Best Comedy Show on web in the popular category. Big Synergy was nominated as the “Best Production House”.
Other wins were, forBose: Dead/Alive who won 7 awards in the following: Pulkit for Best Director, Kumar Saurabh for Best Cinematography, Shivank Vikram Kapoor for Best Costumes, Niel Choudhury for Best Art Direction, Reshu Nath for Best Dialogues, Andrew T. Mackey for Best Background Score and Shubham Gaur Trishaan for Best Casting.
