With over 17 years of diverse experience in the Indian real estate sector, Rohit Santhosh brings a proven track record across residential, commercial, industrial, and renewable projects. He has held senior leadership roles at some of the country’s most prominent developers, including CapitaLand, Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, and Shapoorji Pallonji, where he successfully led marquee projects across multiple verticals.
A graduate of NIT Allahabad and an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad), Santhosh combines strong technical expertise with strategic leadership. At Bombay Realty, he will be responsible for steering the company’s vision for growth, driving strategic direction, enhancing operational excellence, expanding its project development footprint, and ensuring sustainable, high-quality delivery across all verticals.
