CoinDCX launches 'Learn Karo. Crypto Karo.' campaign with Gautam Gambhir to empower Indian investors
Share Share ShareShare

Bengaluru: CoinDCX, a cryptocurrency exchange, has launched its new brand campaign, ‘Learn Karo. Crypto Karo.’, designed to empower Indian investors with the knowledge needed to confidently navigate the world of cryptocurrency. To support this mission, CoinDCX has appointed cricket legend Gautam Gambhir as its first-ever brand ambassador.

The ‘Learn Karo. Crypto Karo.’ campaign seeks to address the knowledge gap that has prevented many potential investors from exploring crypto, despite India having over 160 million investors and more than 5 million active equity traders. Many are still hesitant to enter the crypto market due to the complexities and perceived risks associated with this emerging asset class.

By focusing on education as the cornerstone of investment confidence, CoinDCX aims to break down these barriers and help Indian investors engage with cryptocurrency in a more informed and responsible way.

Sumit Gupta, Co-founder of CoinDCX, expressed his excitement about the partnership with Gautam Gambhir, saying, “We are thrilled to have Gautam on board as our brand ambassador. His values of trust, grit, and a commitment to learning align perfectly with CoinDCX’s core mission. Education has always been central to our platform, and we recognize that informed investing is the key to building consumer confidence in the crypto space. As adoption of crypto continues to grow in India, we are doubling down on our efforts to educate and empower investors, helping them make confident, informed decisions.”

Gupta continued, “With this campaign, CoinDCX steps up as the ‘Crypto Coach,’ prioritizing consumer education and knowledge as the foundation for responsible investing. We believe Gautam, with his focus on hard work, dedication, and leadership, is the ideal figure to represent this philosophy.”

Gautam Gambhir, known for his dedication and leadership on the cricket field, is excited to take on his new role as the ‘Crypto Coach.’ He said, “Confidence comes from knowledge. That’s why I’m partnering with CoinDCX to help give India the confidence to explore crypto, but with a focus on learning and understanding first. Every investment platform should prioritize education, and that’s exactly what CoinDCX is doing. My message through this campaign is simple: Learn first, then invest.”

CoinDCX has long been dedicated to investor education. Through initiatives such as Unfold, DCX Learn, Namaste Web3, and its active Community Chapters, CoinDCX has reached over 4.45 million individuals to date, driving awareness and fostering understanding of the crypto space. The Namaste Web3 program, a nationwide movement, has expanded beyond metro cities to engage individuals in regional areas like Ahmedabad, Pune, and Jaipur, furthering the platform’s educational reach.

The ‘Learn Karo. Crypto Karo.’ campaign will enhance CoinDCX’s ongoing efforts to create a holistic and accessible learning ecosystem for crypto investors, guiding them from basic understanding to advanced trading strategies. CoinDCX’s platform has been revamped to offer users a seamless blend of learning and trading, with content available for all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned investors. Topics range from basic crypto education to advanced technical and fundamental analysis.

Prashant Verma, Chief Growth & Marketing Officer at CoinDCX, emphasized the campaign’s importance in addressing the widespread fear and hesitation surrounding crypto investments. “Research shows that while many Indians are intrigued by crypto, they often hesitate due to a fear of making mistakes. This perception is rooted in a lack of understanding. Through the ‘Learn Karo. Crypto Karo.’ campaign, we aim to bridge this gap by providing the knowledge necessary to make informed investment decisions with confidence. CoinDCX is here to serve as the ‘Crypto Coach,’ guiding our users through their crypto journey with clear, accessible education.”

Verma added, “Our goal is to empower investors to overcome their fears, make well-informed decisions, and take confident steps into the world of crypto.”

CoinDCX’s long-term vision is to create an informed and confident crypto community. The exchange continues to strengthen its educational initiatives and remains committed to transparency and consumer trust. As the Indian crypto market grows, CoinDCX’s mission is to foster responsible adoption and position itself as a trusted partner for investors at every step of their crypto journey.
